How do I get the custom order process started?

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after payment has been made. No cancellations are accepted after the 24 hour window has closed.

Why do you require a deposit?

A deposit is required to 1) reserve your spot in line, as we process orders in the sequence they are received, 2) purchase the supplies necessary to complete the order.

Why are deposits non-refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable as they cover the time spent researching the project, creating drafts or digital mock-ups, and in cases where supplies have been purchased, they are typically non-returnable.

How long are your processing times?

Our processing times typically range from 7 to 14 days, depending on the volume of orders in our queue and the complexity or size of your order. If additional time is needed to complete your order, we will contact you via the email address provided. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will proceed to cancel the order.

Crochet Care Instructions

Our items are handmade and slight differences may occur from piece to piece. If your crocheted item gets deformed/smooshed, you can shape it back. There also may be small strings or fluff/pieces of yarn that can come off. Strings can be woven back in with a large sewing needle.

Our crochet items should be washed inside a mesh laundry bag with cold water. Hang to dry. Fabric softener should not be used - the acrylic won't absorb it and cotton will get softer over use.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not accepting refunds or exchanges at this time.
